Ordering:
At StrasseUSA.com we offer many ways for you to purchase your Porsche parts and accessories:
By Phone: We will be glad to take you order over the phone Monday-Friday 8:15am to 5:00pm US West Coast time. US and Canadian customers can call toll free 877-944-9911. International calls 805-460-2565.
By Mail: Complete the order form, please include your daytime phone number, and payment terms.
By Fax: Complete the order form and send it to our 24-hour fax 805-460-2580

Back Orders: Items temporarily out of stock will be placed on backorder and shipped immediately when available. We try to avoid backorders and will notify you of any significant delay.
Price Changes: Price changes may occur without notice. We work to hold prices down, but have no control over monetary rates or material prices. You will be notified of any significant increases.
Payment Terms:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. Please provide the full cardholder name, account number, expiration date, and billing address. We also accept certified bank checks and international money orders. These must be in US dollars and payable at a US bank. We accept personal checks and ship as soon as they clear our bank, in 3 to 10 days. Bank transfers in US dollars, including a $15 transfer charge, are accepted with a sales person approval.
Gift Certificates: When you are not sure what to get your Porsche enthusiast, consider a gift certificate in any amount you select. We will send it to the person in your name or send it to you to present to them personally.
Shipping:
Shipping in USA: We must have a full street address. Standard shipping is by UPS Ground Service. Most items sent to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are shipped by DHL. If you need specific rates before ordering, please call, fax, or email us. To speed up your delivery we offer 1, 2, or 3-day air service. This is extra and you will be charged accordingly. Saturday delivery is available for an additional $15 charge on top of your normal delivery charge. Items too big for UPS are shipped by truck. Large items to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are shipped by air, freight collect. Please call for rates.
APO/FPO shipments: APO/FPO packages are shipped by US Postal Service. The packages must measure less than 60 inches in length and girth and weigh under 30 pounds. Larger shipments may be sent airfreight and require a street address.
Shipping outside USA: We offer 2-day UPS and DHL to over 180 countries around the world, and DHL or ground UPS to Canada. Small packages can be shipped surface parcel post. Parcel Post packages must weight less than 44 pounds and measure less than 1.07 meter (42 inches) in length or 1.83 meter (72 inches) in combined length and girth. Large packages can be shipped by airfreight, or for Mexico and Canada, by truck.
Returns:
We stand behind the products we sell. For any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days. Returned items must be in original boxes and must be unused and in resalable condition. If unable to repackage in original box, a 20% repackaging fee will charged. Returns after 30 days are subject to management approval. Enclose a copy of your invoice, ship items insured and prepaid by UPS or US Mail. There are no returns on manuals, books, tools, electrical or personalized items
Damaged Merchandise: Claims for damage during shipment must be made by you to the delivery carrier within three days. Strasse cannot initiate the claim for you. Keep the shipping carton and all packing material.
Core Returns: Cores being returned must have a copy of the invoice and word CORE on the outside of the box containing the core. Cores must be rebuildable and completely assembled.
